Senior Event Production and Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Event Production Manager with strong project and budget management skills, to lead the event production on a major campaign, spanning 6 months. The campaign is event led with a variety of event executions nationally, and the ideal candidate must have experience in the sports and entertainment sector - producing events, activations and hospitality end to end.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the production budget holistically, coordinating with all stakeholders; raising CE’s, working with cost consultants & issuing supplier PO’s.
• Managing production of all elements for the campaign, including production of physical elements (eg. Medals, Trophies, Bibs, Kits, branding) on time and in budget.
• Set up and run the campaign Project Plan end to end - from Launch Event to Final match.
• Attend Site Recce’s and Events (set up & strike) ensuring all deliverables align with the campaign plan.
• Lead daily project meetings, delegating and following up with all stakeholders.
• Manage suppliers, ensuring they deliver elements on time and according to budget.
• Complete the recon of the entire campaign.
• Work as part of a team, lending a hand to ensure the successful delivery of the campaign.

Experience:

• 8 - 10 years' experience in Events Operations at an Agency.
• Experience in large scale events a must.
• Strong experience in sports and/or entertainment events
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
