As a Managing Partner, you are responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a project to the client’s satisfaction and within agreed scope and timelines. You will manage several high level client relationships, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and look for opportunities to expand existing relationships.

As a Managing Partner you exemplify the following 5 key characteristics:

A FEARLESS DO-ER: You go all-in on getting things done, without ego, and with complete ownership and accountability. Your orientation is to always put the us on the front foot by being a step ahead of the clients through a balance of deep operational & strategic smarts.

MUST-HAVES:

  • A proven and successful track record of a minimum of 10 years, for leading client business and growing talent successfully
  • A proven ability to understand financial metrics to ensure growth of a profitable business unit and company
  • A personal portfolio that demonstrates iconic, integrated campaigns that have resulted in exponential business results
  • An extremely high EQ & low ego
