We believe that “the people with the best people win” and as such, are looking for a dynamic Group Account Director to join our Cape Town agency and be part of this audacious vision, join a strategically rich, high-impact portfolio where great work genuinely matters.
This is a role for someone who is a strong operator and a calm leader, someone who enjoys complexity, brings structure to moving parts, and cares deeply about the quality of work that goes out into the world. You’ll work in close partnership with your business director on a trusted client relationship, helping translate strategy into consistently excellent delivery.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have senior agency experience managing complex, multi-stream accounts
- Are excellent at forward planning, prioritisation, and coordination
- Can confidently manage multiple teams and partner agencies at once
- Bring clarity and momentum under pressure
- Care about creative quality, not just getting things out the door
- Enjoy taking ownership and being accountable for delivery
