What you’ll do
- Bring ideas to life visually — across digital, social, editorial, campaign and motion.
- Collaborate closely with editors and strategists to translate insight into intelligent, beautifully crafted work.
- Protect the craft — typography, layout, imagery, motion, detail.
- Work across formats: newsletters, white papers, social campaigns, paid media, magazine-style reports and more.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully — enhancing ideation, workflow and production without compromising human judgement.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed. This is a hands-on role.
What you bring
You’re not just creative. You’re strategic. Calm. Precise.
You likely have:
- 8+ years’ experience in an agency or creative studio.
- A portfolio spanning digital, social, print and motion.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (essential) and confidence in After Effects.
- Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and email platforms like Mailchimp.
- A sharp eye for image sourcing and visual storytelling.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout and visual systems.
- The ability to manage multiple briefs without losing attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills — we’re distributed, so clarity matters.
- Emotional intelligence. We work with humans, not briefs.
Experience in financial services and content marketing is advantageous, but not essential. Curiosity and craft matter more.

We are proudly distributed. While our headquarters are in Cape Town, we hire for talent — not proximity to an office. You can be based anywhere, provided you can collaborate effectively across time zones.
